More About Me
I developed my love for analytical thinking, creative problem solving, and lifelong learning in science. Now I'm expanding it to technology.
A chemist by training, I worked for Asinex in Winston-Salem, NC for almost four years. The company designs and sells chemical compounds for drug discovery. I joined the company as a lab technician weighing compounds and worked my way up to a project management position. As Senior Manager in Compound Management, I was responsible for managing orders with up to several thousand compounds.
Intercultural communication is an everyday part of my life. I am German, bilingual in German and English, and have lived in Germany, Great Britain, and since 2009 in the Southeastern United States.
My happy place is on a mountain top. I love hiking, and the Alps are my favorite place to hike. If I can't hike, I run.
